Service interruption via unreleased PTP packet references

Resource leak in the Linux kernel idpf driver 6.16 through 6.17.4 and 6.18-rc1 allows local users to exhaust memory through PTP resets. The idpf_ptp_release_vport_tstamp function frees in-use timestamp-latch trackers without consuming their skb references, leaving skb_get clones allocated. The condition requires idpf hardware with transmit timestamping enabled, an outstanding timestamp request, and a driver reset; repeated leaks can interrupt service.
