Kernel compromise via unprotected route-device access

Use-after-free in Linux allows local users to compromise kernel confidentiality, integrity, and availability through affected networking paths. sk_setup_caps and related MTU and hop-limit helpers dereference dst->dev without RCU protection while the destination device can be released concurrently. Exploitation requires low local privileges and a route-device lifetime race; success can expose or alter kernel data or crash the system.
