Kernel warning via deadline-timer CPU-offline race

Race condition in the deadline scheduler in Linux 6.17 through 6.17.4 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning during CPU removal. The dl_server high-resolution timer can be queued while kthread_park enqueues a fair task, then fire after the CPU leaves cpu_present_mask and call cpudl_set for the removed CPU. Reaching the warning requires a privileged CPU-hotplug operation and precise timer timing; the public record reports no crash or data impact.
