Local kernel crash via incorrect SGI cleanup

Denial of service in the Linux kernel zynqmp-ipi mailbox driver allows local users to crash the kernel during device unbind. The driver treats interrupt numbers below 16 as SGIs, an assumption broken by dynamic IRQ allocation, and consequently releases SGI resources for an incorrectly classified interrupt. Reaching the fault requires local low-privileged access and a Xilinx ZynqMP system using the affected mailbox driver; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
