Kernel call trace via invalid DIMMMTR shift

Shift-out-of-bounds in the EDAC i10nm driver in affected Linux kernels produces a kernel call trace during driver loading. skx_get_dimm_info() derives a negative shift exponent after DIMM enumeration reads the invalid value ~0 from a BIOS-disabled memory controller. The condition requires i10nm_edac initialization on certain Intel Granite Rapids servers with an unpopulated, disabled controller; the published consequence is limited to the reported diagnostic call trace.
