Filesystem shutdown via F2FS garbage-collection race

Race condition in F2FS in affected Linux kernel versions allows local users to force a filesystem shutdown via concurrent file operations. During pinned-file fallocate, do_garbage_collect can migrate a segment newly allocated by another log while reading its stale type from the on-disk SSA instead of the updated in-memory SIT. The condition requires write access to a mounted F2FS volume and overlapping fallocate and block-allocation activity; the documented result is filesystem shutdown.
