Kernel warning via unregistered reserved VF interrupt

Improper interrupt handling in the Linux HiSilicon QM driver before 6.17.3 allows local users to trigger a kernel warning. The VF path allocates reserved interrupt vector 3 but fails to register it, so teardown calls ARM64 KVM's its_free_ite on an unregistered vector. Reachability requires GICv4, HiSilicon QM virtual-function passthrough to a guest, and interrupt release; published evidence reports the warning but not a crash or reboot.
