Local denial of service via PM lock inversion

Denial of service in the Linux kernel ASIX USB Ethernet driver from 5.14 allows local users to deadlock network operations during device resume. The ndo_open path holds RTNL while synchronously calling USB autoresume into asix_resume, whose phylink and MDIO work attempts to acquire RTNL while the PM lock remains held. The condition requires an AX88772-family adapter with runtime PM enabled and can hang network-device operations.
