Kernel crash via freed transport device logging

Use-after-free in the Linux kernel mpt3sas driver from 3.8 allows local users with module-removal privileges to crash the kernel. mpt3sas_transport_port_remove() passes &mpt3sas_port->port->dev to dev_printk() after the SAS transport device can be partly unregistered or freed. The fault requires mpt3sas and SAS transport-port removal; the observed consequence is a general-protection fault and kernel crash.
