Stored XSS via unescaped custom-query names

Stored XSS in Redmine 6.0.0 through 6.0.3 allows remote authenticated users to execute script via a crafted custom-query name. The custom-query handler persists the attacker-controlled Name value and later inserts it into HTML without neutralizing markup. The attacker needs permission to save a custom query, and a victim must view a page that lists it, enabling script-driven content changes in the victim's browser.
