Kernel crash via uninitialized hi311x workqueue

Null pointer dereference in the Linux hi311x CAN driver allows attackers to crash the kernel during resume before interface setup. The resume callback schedules priv->restart_work even when hi3110_open never allocated priv->wq, so the workqueue pointer is null. Reachability requires an attached HI-3110 CAN controller, system sleep and resume, and an interface that was never enabled.
