Kernel crash via unchecked ACPI DSM result

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux 6.7 and later branches allows attackers to crash the kernel through a failed ACPI DSM evaluation. cs35l41_get_acpi_mute_state() dereferences ret->buffer.pointer without checking whether acpi_evaluate_dsm() returned NULL after an ACPI evaluation error. The path requires a CS35L41 HDA codec whose firmware advertises mute-state DSM support, and public records do not establish that attackers can force the evaluation failure.
