Use-after-free read via premature devlink release

Use-after-free in the Linux ixgbe driver 6.16 through 6.17.4 allows local users to trigger an invalid kernel-memory read during device removal. ixgbe_remove frees the devlink-embedded adapter before ixgbe_clear_interrupt_scheme accesses it through ixgbe_reset_interrupt_capability. Reaching the demonstrated path requires administrative device-unbind access; the published KASAN result establishes an invalid read but no further consequence.
