Kernel-data disclosure and crash via undersized IPC payload

Out-of-bounds read in the Linux ksmbd IPC transport allows local users to disclose kernel data or crash the host via Generic Netlink. handle_response() treats an undersized response payload as a four-byte handle before checking its declared length, admitting later reads beyond the allocation. Reachability requires ksmbd to be running and a local Generic Netlink sender; builds enforcing CONFIG_SMB_SERVER_CHECK_CAP_NET_ADMIN also require CAP_NET_ADMIN.
