Kernel crash via null MSI domain dereference

NULL pointer dereference in Linux 6.17 through 6.17.2 causes a kernel crash during Renesas PCIe host MSI handling. The rcar-host driver passes msi->domain->parent to generic_handle_domain_irq() even though irq_domain_info never initialized that parent, so the argument is NULL. Reachability requires a Renesas R-Car PCIe host controller and MSI delivery; the upstream report states that affected hardware was unavailable for testing.
