Filesystem corruption via untracked NTFS index entries

Filesystem corruption in affected Linux kernel releases allows attackers to corrupt NTFS directory metadata via a crafted volume. In fs/ntfs3/index.c, indx_add_allocate accepts index blocks with an empty $BITMAP, so a long-name rename adds entries without usage tracking. Exploitation requires the crafted NTFS volume to be mounted and the rename path exercised; deletion then fails with -ENOENT as index state diverges.
