Local service interruption via unchecked allocation failure

NULL-pointer dereference in the Linux kernel CoreSight TRBE driver allows local users to cause a system service interrupt. In arm_trbe_register_coresight_cpu(), an IS_ERR check treats the NULL result from devm_kzalloc as valid and sends a null platform-data pointer into CoreSight registration. The reachable condition requires local low-privileged access and an allocation failure while the affected TRBE driver registers a per-CPU sink; the documented impact is availability only.
