Local service interruption via unfreed persist buffer

Memory leak in Qualcomm Iris video support in Linux 6.15 through 6.16.10 and 6.17.0 allows local users to interrupt service. Session teardown in iris_buffer.c frees tracked internal buffers but omits the persistent buffer because that allocation is absent from the internal-buffer list. Local access to a Qualcomm Iris video device and the ability to create and close sessions are required; retained kernel allocations can exhaust memory.
