Kernel crash via busy controller unbind

A race in the Linux cadence-quadspi driver allows local users to crash the kernel by unbinding a controller during indirect I/O. The removal path lacks lifetime tracking for attached devices, so in-flight indirect reads or writes can overlap controller removal. Reaching the race requires root access and an active cadence-quadspi controller; the resulting impact is a kernel crash.
