Kernel use-after-free via orphaned probe timer

Use-after-free in the Linux tc358743 media driver from 4.3 allows local users to trigger stale kernel memory access after probe failure. The probe cleanup path uses timer_delete() and cancel_delayed_work(), which can leave callbacks running against a freed tc358743_state object. Triggering requires a probe failure after timer initialization; published reproduction used device emulation and debugfs fault injection.
