Service interruption via ath11k NULL dereference

NULL-pointer dereference in the Linux kernel ath11k Wi-Fi driver from 6.7 allows local users to interrupt service during M3 firmware loading. In ath11k_qmi_m3_load(), an M3-data path leaves fw null and then reads fw->size for error logging when M3 memory allocation fails. Reachability requires the ath11k M3 firmware-loading path, existing M3 data, and a failed M3 memory allocation; the documented impact is availability loss.
