Kernel corruption via Bluetooth command teardown race

Use-after-free in Linux kernel Bluetooth MGMT 5.17 through 6.16.9 allows local users with CAP_NET_ADMIN to corrupt or crash the kernel. Completion callbacks can retain and dereference a struct mgmt_pending after concurrent device shutdown removes and frees it without synchronized validation. Exploitation requires trusted HCI control commands and a device-down ioctl; success can expose kernel memory, corrupt kernel state, or interrupt the host.
