Service interruption via receive-page leak

A receive-buffer memory leak in affected Linux kernels allows remote attackers to exhaust kernel memory with multi-buffer network frames. ice_put_rx_mbuf() counts recorded fragments rather than every descriptor, so it skips zero-length descriptors and never releases their receive pages. Only systems using the ice driver with multi-buffer frames are exposed; 9K MTU jumbo traffic makes the condition recur and can interrupt service.
