Service interruption via wrapped dm-stripe queue limits

Integer overflow in dm-stripe in affected Linux kernel builds allows local users to interrupt service via an oversized chunk size. stripe_io_hints shifts the configured sector count and multiplies it by the stripe count in unsigned integers, then assigns wrapped results to io_min and io_opt. Local access and control of a dm-stripe target are required, and the published impact is limited to availability.
