Kernel memory corruption via undersized header allocation

Out-of-bounds write in the sma1307 ASoC codec driver in Linux 6.13 through 6.16.8 allows local users to corrupt kernel memory. sma1307_setting_loaded() allocates eight bytes for an eight-integer header, then memcpy() writes header_size multiplied by sizeof(int) bytes into that undersized buffer. Triggering the path requires CAP_SYS_ADMIN to rebind the driver through sysfs or occurs during boot-time probe, limiting exposure to privileged rebinds and kernel startup.
