Kernel compromise via stale mt76 list links

Linked-list corruption in the mt76 Wi-Fi transmit scheduler in Linux allows adjacent attackers to compromise the kernel via wireless activity. A scheduling error makes mt76_txq_schedule_pending() stop draining a temporary stack-based tx_list, leaving later WCID nodes linked to a list head that vanishes on return. Reachability requires Linux 6.12 through 6.12.45, 6.13 through 6.16.5, or 6.17-rc1 through 6.17-rc4 with the mt76 driver and supported MediaTek Wi-Fi hardware; corruption can expose or alter kernel data or interrupt the system.
