Local system crash via unreverted socket allocation

Improper input validation in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system through a failed TCP BPF cork allocation. tcp_bpf_send_verdict silently leaves the sk_msg_alloc change to sk_forward_alloc unreverted when psock->cork allocation fails. Reaching the fault requires low local privileges, a sk_msg BPF program attached to a SOCKMAP, corked data, and an induced allocation failure.
