Buffer overflow in TOTOLINK N150RT 3.4.0-B20190525 allows remote authenticated users to execute code or crash the router. The /boafrm/formVlan handler processes an oversized submit-url request-body parameter without enforcing the destination buffer's bounds. A valid low-privilege management session is required; exploitation can compromise router data and operation or interrupt service by crashing the device.
