Authenticated code execution via unchecked Hostname length

Buffer overflow in TOTOLINK N150RT 3.4.0-B20190525 allows remote authenticated users to execute code via a crafted Hostname. The formStaticDHCP handler accepts the Hostname value without validating its length, overrunning a destination buffer during processing. Low-privilege router credentials and network access to the management endpoint are required; exploitation can execute code or crash the router.
