Kernel crash via igb loopback test dereference

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux igb driver 6.14 through 6.16.7 allows local users to crash the kernel through an ethtool loopback test. The test-ring setup reads ring->q_vector->napi.napi_id even though test rings normally have no q_vector, causing a NULL dereference. Reaching the fault requires CAP_NET_ADMIN and an adapter using igb; the reported consequence is limited to loss of availability.
