System crash via mishandled page-pool error pointer

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel 6.15 allows local users to crash the host during mlx4 receive-ring creation. mlx4_en_create_rx_ring tests page_pool_create() with a NULL check even though failures are encoded as ERR_PTR values, then passes the invalid pointer onward. Triggering the failure requires control of a physical mlx4 Mellanox NIC and uid 0 or equivalent privileges in the initial network namespace.
