Local system crash via unchecked resource allocation

NULL pointer dereference in Linux kernel PCMCIA code allows local users to crash the system during dynamic I/O-region allocation. In __iodyn_find_io_region(), a failed pcmcia_make_resource() call leaves res as NULL, but pci_bus_alloc_resource() dereferences it without a check. Reaching the fault requires local low-privileged access and a PCMCIA resource-allocation failure; the documented impact is a system crash.
