Local kernel crash via unchecked connector state

NULL pointer dereference in the MSM DPU encoder in Linux 6.15 through 6.16.4 allows local users to crash the kernel during a modeset. dpu_encoder_needs_modeset() dereferences the connector state returned by drm_atomic_get_new_connector_state() without checking whether it is NULL when the connector is absent from the atomic state. Local low-privileged access and a reachable MSM display pipeline are required, and the reported consequence is a system crash.
