Local denial of service via stale error pointer

NULL pointer dereference in the Linux kernel allows local users to crash the system through failed Intel Xe VM scratch setup. When scratch page-table allocation returns an error pointer, the failure path leaves scratch_pt set and xe_vm_free_scratch() later dereferences that encoded error during cleanup. Local low-privileged access and an Intel Xe graphics configuration are required; the bounded consequence is a kernel crash.
