Local service disruption via misordered device teardown

Improper device teardown in the Linux macb Ethernet driver allows local users to disrupt service by removing a macb device. macb_remove() calls phy_exit() while the network device remains registered, so later PHY detachment attempts to remove a missing kernfs link. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and a system using the macb driver; the observed result is a kernfs warning during teardown.
