Kernel panic via endpoint-timeout WARN_ON

Reachable assertion in affected Linux kernel branches allows local users to crash Exynos systems through rapid USB gadget reconnects. In the DWC3 endpoint-command paths, dwc3_send_gadget_ep_cmd treats timeouts as WARN_ON conditions while earlier control transfers remain pending. The failure requires an Exynos DWC3 gadget workload, a fast connect/disconnect sequence, and panic_on_warn enabled; otherwise it produces call traces.
