Local I/O deadlock via mis-split zoned writes

Improper BIO splitting in affected Linux kernels allows local users to deadlock I/O or receive invalid sector results on zoned dm-crypt devices. dm_zone_bio_needs_split() fails to route oversized writes through bio_split_to_limits() before target mapping, allowing dm-crypt to invoke dm_accept_partial_bio() during zone-write plugging. Reachability requires local write access to a filesystem on a zoned dm-crypt device and a write exceeding its default 128 KB max_write_size; no network handler is involved.
