System crash via unbounded ELF header traversal

Out-of-bounds read in the Qualcomm MDT loader in affected Linux and Siemens firmware allows local users to crash the system. The loader iterates ELF program and section headers without first bounding the firmware buffer or validating e_phentsize and e_shentsize. Reachability requires local low-privileged access and a client path that passes an unsanitized firmware image to the MDT loader; remoteproc sanitizes its header first.
