Kernel memory disclosure via incorrect channel indexing

Out-of-bounds read in Linux 6.14 through 6.16.3 allows local users to disclose kernel memory or crash a system through AD7173 sysfs. The ad7173_set_syscalib_mode, ad7173_get_syscalib_mode, and ad7173_write_syscalib handlers index st->channels with chan->channel instead of its zero-based chan->address. Exploitation requires low-privileged local access and an AD7173-family ADC whose device-tree channel configuration makes those indices diverge.
