IRQ registration failure via expired name storage

Use-after-free in the Linux hibmc DRM driver 6.16 through 6.16.3 allows local users to make IRQ registration fail. The driver passes a stack-scoped IRQ-name buffer to request_irq, which retains the pointer after that buffer's lifetime and later accesses expired storage. Low-privileged local access and a system using the hibmc driver are required; the reported consequence is failed interrupt registration, not data access or code execution.
