Local crash via premature runtime PM enablement

Race condition in the rzg2l ADC driver in Linux 6.14 through 6.16.3 allows local users to crash the kernel during device rebinding. The rzg2l_adc_probe function enables runtime power management before storing driver data, so a consumer-triggered resume callback dereferences unset state. Triggering the crash requires local access to repeatedly unbind and bind the ADC while it supplies another device, such as a thermal block.
