Service hang via bridge timer overflow

Integer overflow in Linux kernel 2.6.34 and later allows local users to cause a soft lockup through bridge multicast settings. br_multicast_send_query() stores an oversized multicast query interval in a narrower time variable, producing an expired timer that mod_timer() repeatedly rearms. The trigger requires local bridge-configuration privileges; the resulting timer loop can monopolize a CPU and interrupt service.
