Improper authorization in Dreamer CMS 4.1.0 through 4.1.3 allows remote authenticated users to download unauthorized attachments. The /admin/attachment/download handler uses an attacker-controlled ID to select an attachment without enforcing object-level access. A low-privilege account is required; the documented impact is unauthorized file disclosure, with no integrity or service interruption.
