Local system crash via unchecked display link

NULL pointer dereference in affected Linux kernels allows local users to crash the system through the AMD display driver. dc_get_host_router_index dereferences link to obtain link->ctx->dc before validating link or the host_router_index output pointer. Reachability requires a low-privilege local user and an affected AMD display path; the reported consequence is availability loss only.
