Unauthenticated database access via unsanitized mobile number
Published Apr 27, 2025 · Updated Apr 28, 2025
SQL injection in PHPGurukul COVID19 Testing Management System 1.0 allows remote attackers to access or alter database data via crafted form data. The new-user-testing.php endpoint inserts the POST mobilenumber value directly into a SQL query without sanitization or parameter binding. No authentication is required; a crafted value can trigger time-based queries, read sensitive records, modify or delete data, or interrupt database-backed service.
