System interruption via unset PCMCIA driver name

NULL pointer dereference in Linux's cb7210 driver in 6.13 through 6.13.10 and 6.14 through 6.14.1 allows local users to cause a kernel Oops. The registration path initializes only pcmcia_driver.drv.name, leaving pcmcia_driver.name NULL when pcmcia_register_driver passes it to strcmp. A local low-privileged context and registration of the staging cb7210 PCMCIA GPIB driver are required; the documented consequence is availability-only interruption.
