Service interruption via missing folio migration callbacks

Denial of service in Linux kernel GFS2 allows local users to interrupt service by triggering metadata or resource-group folio migration. The gfs2_meta_aops and gfs2_rgrp_aops tables omit migrate_folio, so move_to_new_folio enters a warning path instead of using the required buffer migration callback. The path requires local low-privileged access and a GFS2 workload that causes one of these folios to migrate; no confidentiality or integrity impact is reported.
