System crash via unbounded recovery attempts

Denial of service in the Linux kernel ath10k PCI driver allows local users to crash the system during resume after PCIe loss. The recovery path repeatedly queues hardware restarts after WMI commands time out, without bounding consecutive failures or preventing overlapping recovery work. Reachability requires compatible ath10k PCI hardware to lose its bus connection; the resulting power-management watchdog timeout panics the host.
