Kernel service interruption via team lock inversion

Lock-order inversion in Linux kernel 6.15 through 6.15.9 and 6.16 allows local users to interrupt service through deadlock. The team driver acquires its team mutex while updating or removing lower interfaces whose device locks can be acquired in the reverse order. Reachability requires local low-privilege access and a configured team device with lower interfaces; the reported consequence is availability-only kernel deadlock.
