Kernel panic via hwpoisoned large-folio reclaim race

Denial of service in Linux kernel 6.15 allows local users to panic the kernel when memory reclaim races with memory failure. shrink_folio_list passes a hwpoisoned large folio to unmap_poisoned_folio, which cannot handle it and dereferences a null pvmw.pte. Exploitation requires a rare uncorrectable memory error to coincide with reclaim of a large folio; the bounded result is a kernel panic.
